Maison Abelé has two kilometres of underground cellars dug out of solid chalk in the heart of Reims. Devotion to excellence is natural in these ancient vaulted cellars.
Made from the best crus in Champagne, Brut Traditionnel is ready to drink after three years of ageing under ideal conditions, away from light and variations in temperature.

Tasting notes

Pale golden colour with greenish highlights.
Remarkably fine bubbles and a beautiful, persistent bead.

Attractive and luscious, with hints of hawthorn and acacia blossoms as well as overtones of peach and apricot.

Exceptional ripeness on the palate. Toasty, honey, and cinnamon flavours. This elegant cuvée has a full bodied, generous aftertaste.
Perfect for the aperitif or with a first course.

In half bottles, bottles, magnums, jeroboams, mathusalems, salmanazars, balthazars, and nebuchadnezzars.

A word from the cellar master, who agreed to compare his work with that of a craftsman.
“The work carried out to make the non-vintage Brut could be compared with that of a mosaic artist. A whole host of terroirs are vinified separately, and then I select the plots that go to make up the end result. It is painstaking work, where each piece has to slot into the final picture. The reserve wines add maturity and the wines of the year bring freshness and fruit, resulting in a balanced composition.”
